NEIGHBORHOOD & BACKGROUND

3302 Navigation Blvd is located in the East End / East Downtown area of Houston just down the street from the iconic Ninfa’s on Navigation.  Our site is in the midst of a variety of activity and the Greater East End Management District has $20 million of funded projects under construction, with more in process. One of the main areas that is underway is the Navigation Corridor and Promenade. The Promenade forms a highly visible, continuous green space through the heart of the East End.  The Management District plans to activate and brand this Boulevard as the area’s “Main Street” — the restaurant and entertainment row, with continuous activity along both sides of the street as well as along the esplanade. 3302 Navigation consists of 32,000 square feet of land and includes a 1930s building that faces Navigation Blvd.

The approximately 13,300 square feet of land is currently available for lease and we are looking to partner with one or more tenants to activate the historic building facing Navigation.  The  building would make for a one of a kind bar, café or restaurant experience.
