1000 McGowen is a Mid-Century Modern gem in an irreplaceable location in Midtown.  The 4-story building consists of 3 floors of office space with retail space on both the ground and rooftop levels.  Located at the corner of Main and McGowen, our building is across the street from the McGowen Metro Rail Stop, on the same block as Mongoose vs. Cobra and Leon’s Lounge, and within the most densely populated high-end residential sub-market in Houston.  1000 McGowen is also in the midst of a sea of new developments.   Within several of the blocks directly behind our property, are plans for a mixed-use residential and retail development.  Across the street from our property is the development of Midtown Park, a variety of retail space, a 400-space City of Houston parking garage, and a private eight-story residential development.
